Happy Easter from Uni Watch

Good morning, Uni Watchers, and a very Happy Easter to all those who celebrate!

ICYMI, yesterday Paul had a fantastic rundown of the recent Royals NOB kerfuffle, which I highly recommend reading. In lighter news, soon-to-be-Weekend Editor Jimmer Vilk gave a preview of the 2024 IPL Uniforms, and I’m impressed with his restraint in grading the garishness of some of those kits! In his own “I’d wear that” inimitable way, it’s a really fun read and a look at some of the very colorful, bumpersticker-laden unis for the IPL 2024 season, which has just begun.

If you’re in the mood for more of a theme that ties into today, last year pal/contributor Kary Klismet presented the first ever article in his year-long series, “Dressed For The Season,” entitled Dressed for the Season: Easter. If you missed that (or just want to re-read it), it’s a wonderful piece that looks at the best pastel uniforms across all sports. Very apropos for the Easter season!
