I went to a Giants’ game when he was the mascot, not knowing anything about him, and wondered why the fans hated their mascot?

As poorly as the Giants played, I’m sure it was to misdirect the boos to him.

    “Amid an ongoing camo shortage…”

Is there really a shortage, or can they just not see where it is?
