I went down a new rabbit hole yesterday. It began when the Bills announced that they’ll be wearing their white “standing buffalo” throwbacks this Sunday. They tweeted the photo you see above.

Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw is apparently a superstitious fella. As you can see above, he was wearing an old, sweat- and rosin-stained cap for last night’s World Series opener. They presumably just slapped the Series logo patch on his preferred piece of headwear.

As had been widely expected based on video game leaks, the Lakers announced that they’ll wear George Mikan-era Minneapolis Lakers throwbacks this season (which they also wore back in 2002). The design will make its 2017 on-court debut tomorrow and will be worn four more times this season. You can see the dates here.
