No comments today, so turn off the computer and go do something fun and/or patriotic. Me, I’ll be spending most of the day in my back yard, where I’ll be cooking a rack of lamb and a bunch of spareribs in the smoker and steaks and veal chops on the grill, plus Kirsten’s making a blackberry crisp and lots of other folks are bringing various side dishes (translation: I expect to be spending most of tomorrow in a food-detox stupor, but it’ll be worth it).
